Planned service

Frequently asked questions

This page describes the planned service. Customer registration, paid assessments, scheduled re-assessments and implementation quotations are not available through this pre-launch site.

What does an assessment cover?

One paid assessment covers five areas together: security configuration (SSL/TLS, HTTPS, security headers, cookies, e-mail domain records), compliance readiness (privacy and legal pages, analytics and advertising tags, consent tools, tracking cookies), technical SEO, GEO – readiness for AI search – and public infrastructure indicators such as availability, server errors and response times. Help with fixing the issues is optional and quoted separately.

Is this a penetration test or security audit?

No. TrustNeva performs automated, non-intrusive checks of publicly observable configuration. It does not attempt to break in, and it is not a certification. It is a fast, affordable way to find common configuration problems.

How do website ownership and assessment authorisation work?

Before any assessment you confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the domain and authorise automated, non-intrusive checks. You then add a DNS TXT record that we verify. Websites without this verification are never assessed.

Will the assessment slow down or harm my website?

No. We send ordinary page requests one at a time with pauses, respect robots.txt, never submit forms or log in, and stop at your package's page limit.

How long does it take?

Small sites usually complete within minutes; large sites can take longer. You see the progress in your dashboard and receive the report when it is ready. We do not promise instant results.

What happens if my site has more pages than my package?

Site-wide checks still cover the whole domain. Page-level checks stop at your limit, and the report states exactly how many pages were assessed and how many were found.

Which languages are reports available in?

English and Czech. More languages are planned.

What data do you keep?

Data handling and retention details will be confirmed before customer registration opens. No account-deletion or backup-retention promise is made in this preview.

Do I need a subscription?

Planned optional service · not available yet. No. You can order a single assessment at any time. Scheduled monthly or quarterly re-assessments are optional, for customers who want to follow changes over time, and can be cancelled whenever you like.

Is there a free assessment?

No. Each assessment is paid, with one price based on the size of your website. You can see exactly what a report contains in the sample report first.

Will the assessment make my website GDPR compliant or certify it?

No. Public website checks cannot establish compliance with the GDPR or any other law. The assessment gathers evidence – for example whether a privacy notice is linked or tracking starts before consent – and flags what needs manual or legal review, using only reviewed and versioned rules for the markets you select.

Do you guarantee better rankings or citations in AI answers?

No. We report the technical factors that affect whether search engines and AI assistants can reach and understand your site. Rankings and AI citations depend on many things outside anyone's control, so we do not promise them.

Can you fix the issues for us?

Planned optional service · not available yet. Yes, if you want. Ask for a quotation for the issues you choose. It is prepared from the actual findings and our reviewed price benchmarks, a person reviews it before you see it, and it is separate from the assessment fee. Nothing is done until you accept, and you are free to use your own team or supplier instead.

How do you know a fix worked?

Only by checking again. An issue is marked resolved only when a later assessment could observe it and it was no longer there. If a re-check could not observe it – for example because the site was down – it stays open and is shown as not re-checked.

Which countries' rules do you consider?

You choose the markets a website serves: Ireland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the United Kingdom and other EU member states (Pakistan once its rules are reviewed), together with your activities and sector. EU-wide, national and sector rules are applied only after review; each report states which rule versions were used, or that none was available yet.

Is it a formal audit or a certification?

No. It is an automated, evidence-based assessment of what is publicly observable. It does not certify your website, replace a formal security or legal audit, or guarantee compliance.

Can I use my own developer or IT company?

Yes. Many customers give the report to their own team or supplier. Each finding includes the evidence and a recommended fix, and a later assessment shows what has been resolved.

How are implementation quotations calculated and approved?

Planned optional service · not available yet. From the actual findings: each selected issue is matched to the type of specialist and the time it usually takes, using rates we review regularly. A person reviews every quotation before it is sent. It states the price, VAT treatment, assumptions, exclusions and how long it is valid, and nothing starts until you accept it.
