One assessment, five integrated areas

Every TrustNeva assessment covers all five areas below. There is nothing extra to buy for any of them: the tiers differ only in assessment depth and page allowance.

01

Security configuration

Configuration weaknesses such as an expiring certificate, missing HTTPS enforcement or weak e-mail domain protection are common, easy to observe from outside and often simple to fix.

What is checked

  • SSL/TLS certificate validity, expiry and hostname match
  • HTTPS enforcement and redirects
  • Security headers: HSTS, Content Security Policy, clickjacking, MIME sniffing, referrer and permissions policies
  • Cookie security attributes (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite)
  • E-mail domain records: MX, SPF and DMARC; DKIM where selectors are known
What cannot be determined

We do not log in, submit forms or try to exploit anything. This is not a penetration test.

02

Compliance readiness

Missing privacy information, tracking before consent or unclear operator details are what customers, partners and regulators notice first.

What is checked

  • Links to a privacy notice, cookie information, operator details, terms and an accessibility statement
  • Analytics and advertising tags in your pages, and whether a consent tool is present
  • Tracking cookies set before a visitor could give consent
  • Matching to the markets your website serves – EU-wide, national and sector rules – using only reviewed, versioned rules
What cannot be determined

Public website checks cannot establish GDPR or any other legal compliance: processing records, contracts, internal security and what happens after a form is submitted are not visible. We flag missing evidence and what needs manual or legal review.

03

Technical SEO

Technical problems can stop search engines from crawling, understanding or correctly showing your pages.

What is checked

  • Broken links and pages that could not be fetched
  • Titles, meta descriptions, headings and duplicates
  • Canonical tags, language, mobile viewport and redirect chains
  • Structured data, Open Graph, robots.txt and sitemap
  • Slow and heavy pages
What cannot be determined

We report technical factors. Rankings depend on many things we do not control, so we do not promise them.

04

GEO – AI search readiness

AI search and answer engines can only use content they can reach and read; robots.txt rules, JavaScript-only pages and snippet restrictions can exclude you.

What is checked

  • Which AI search and AI training crawlers your robots.txt allows
  • Content that only appears after JavaScript runs
  • Settings that stop search engines quoting your pages in AI answers
  • Organisation structured data and links to official profiles
  • Whether an llms.txt file is published (informational)
What cannot be determined

We check technical readiness to be found and understood. Structured data or an llms.txt file does not guarantee visibility, and we do not measure or promise citations in AI answers.

05

Public infrastructure indicators

Outages, errors and slow pages affect visitors, search engines and trust.

What is checked

  • Whether the site answers over HTTPS and HTTP
  • Server errors on fetched pages
  • Response time of the home page and slow or heavy pages
What cannot be determined

From outside we only see public indicators at the time of the assessment. Hosting internals (patching, backups, server configuration) need authorised access and are not part of the standard assessment.

Planned optional service · not available yet

Optional: implementation of approved fixes

If you lack an IT team, developer or SEO specialist, TrustNeva can arrange implementation of the fixes you approve. Implementation is quoted separately and is not part of the assessment fee. We prepare the quotation from the actual findings and our reviewed price benchmarks, and a person reviews every quotation before you see it. Work starts only after you accept, and an issue counts as fixed only when a re-check of your website confirms it.

Optional: scheduled re-assessments

You can have the same comprehensive assessment repeated every month or quarter for a verified website, to follow what has been fixed and what has changed. It is optional and can be cancelled at any time; a one-off assessment never requires a subscription.
